TECHNOLOGY WITH ACCOUNTABILITY

AI & Human Review

1

Client input

A user or associate records checklist answers, notes, and authorized media.

2

Organization

The system consolidates evidence by room, priority, source, and missing information.

3

AI-assisted draft

AI may identify patterns, open questions, and suggested priorities. The result remains a draft.

4

Employee review

Authorized staff verify evidence, resolve uncertainty, edit language, and confirm service boundaries.

5

Client discussion

Approved material supports a scheduled consultation or project review.

6

Revision

New information and client decisions update the documented plan and history.

Our standard

AI may help organize and draft. Renewstead employees review client-facing recommendations. The homeowner remains in control, and licensed professionals remain responsible for work requiring their judgment.

What AI does not do

It does not conduct an emergency inspection, certify a home as safe, determine code compliance, replace an architect or engineer, make a medical judgment, select a contractor without human involvement, or approve client-facing recommendations by itself.

Your control

The app will disclose third-party AI processing and request permission where required. You can ask for human review of an AI-assisted result and should not upload unnecessary private information.
