An owner’s representative from start to finish—delivered remotely
Remote Homeowner Representation
What to expect
Experienced representation, centered on your priorities.
Renewstead serves as the homeowner’s remote representative and central point of coordination throughout the project. We define the project brief, assemble the appropriate local architects, engineers, specialty consultants, and contractors, organize competitive selection and bidding, monitor budgets and schedules, coordinate decisions and virtual meetings, and manage the team through completion using project documents, video, photographs, field reports, and homeowner or contractor updates. Renewstead does not perform site inspections, licensed design, or construction; each retained local professional remains responsible for its own field verification, services, documents, pricing, permits, means and methods, code compliance, safety, and workmanship.
